That very well may be, I've patched the game three times. 1.3, 1.3.1, and 1.3.2. Maybe something got mucked up in all that?

If I gave you a list of the read-texts that I get, would that help in any way?

the numbers of the readtext errors will certainly help as you u'll know where its looking for the text

Ok. I'll make a note of them. One thing I noticed, there's a TON of them in the ware list in the product finder script (forgot about that one until now). Prolly 15-20 on the main list when you scroll down thru. Maybe that's normal, dunno. It doesn't bother me as much as the messed up ones in the menus. Not knowing what they are is a little scary.

Ill get a list of the main offenders. The others might fix themselves.

Ok, seems the read-text numbers are as follows:

In the main commands screen, first option under "configuration": read-text 2020-45 (I think this is the line to assign wingman yes/no)

Wares list (a ton of them):
start at read-text 17-1063, and increase +10 (for the most part) up to 17-13643 (????)

Special commands:
read-text 2010-40 (I have no clue what this is for)

Station commands (console):
read-text 2020-45 (used by the seller script)

Finally, on the main menu buttons (hit escape) the ? button has read-text 194-110801 over it?

To *me*, that's all gibberish. Hopefully you'll make sense of it.
