The Unknown sector ...

After about ..... ahh well, better put these tags around it .....

After about 11 in game days the 'Unknown sector' left of 'New Income' turns into Teladi sector 'Avarice', and an Argon Trading Station appears.
Later on the bulletin boards mention that 'a Teladi Sector is for sale and bids are still rising'.
The offered price in the bulletin board increases in time from 50 mil with steps of 25 mil or so.
Did anyone find an option (bulletin, person at station, ....) to actually buy this sector ?

It will be a bit a squeeze in there with all of my stations in there...oh well guess ill have to take a rep hit with the argons when i blow up there station!

The AI doesn't dynamically discover and claim unknown sectors or anything. This is a scripted event that appears to happen after a random amount of time played.

In both of my games it played out the same way, ending with a BBS message about BurnIt winning the auction at which point the sector transfers from Teladi to Split.

One of the mods did mention interesting stuff happening once you'd played for a while. I only found this out after restarting on extreme though, so I've got a while yet.
