Suggestion/Discussion - SCA continue to use older non-E variants most of the time

Considering they are a pirate faction, and presumably won't have access to the latest and greatest, it might also be a good way to keep the older models floating around the universe.

Maybe even give them access to the older Paranoid/HOP models
